Walked right into the transportation office and received service immediately. There were no lines or anything that slowed the process. I did arrive at 1515, so it was at the end of the day for them.

Mostly trash. Unfriendly staff of civilians and veterans who don’t seem to enjoy being there. The times might say one thing, but in reality they shut down about 30 minutes early everyday so if you are idk a Soldier in a jiffy, You are pretty much screwed. Good luck getting straight answers from deers.

There’s a common misconception of civilian contracted workers are rude and impatient, I haven’t experienced that here. There are very rude and entitled soldiers to look out for though. 🤷‍♀️

This is your 1 STOP for pretty much everything you got to do at Fort Bragg. All packet inside the same building. So instead of going to 20 different places, you just go there and do what you got to do without wasting your time. In/out processing is all done here too. For incoming soldiers, it’s within walking distance from the reception company as well as the reception Barraks. Also, there are services for veterans and families alike. There is a USO and plenty of rooms to chill while you wait for your next appointment or class to start. There’s nothing to complain about this places.

The out processing section is probably the worst pair of civilians I’ve ever dealt with. I cannot express my frustration more than that. They never answer their phones, emails and will tell you to come back after lunch for help with pcsing, then just host training for the rest of the day. If you email them requires documents, and they respond for you to correct the issue, they wont respond acknowledging that it was settled, leaving you wondering if you need to do more. They are holding up my whole out processing effort. The levies office, is the complete opposite and they’ve been the upmost helpful and have been great to work with. They’ve always answered all my questions and resolved issues I had day of and responded. The levy office constantly apologizes on their behalf and try route me, just for them to not answer their phone. They just make my days more stressful with how unhelpful they are in every form imaginable.

We had the most remarkable experience this morning getting my new ID card. The lady who checked us us in and the young lady who took care of us were amazing! I have been through getting an ID card many times before and I can tell you that we have had those who did not deserve a Customer Service position at all.
Parking was not an issue at all! We found a spot right away. There was a little bit of a line but it was because we were there so much earlier than the scheduled appointment.

Was waiting outside to get into the building and a pink haired lady threatened to call the cops on me when I was doing so. Said me and my friend (both in uniform) made her feel uncomfortable and then she said she'd call the cops. Some support given by the SOLDIER support center.

Appointment was easy to do on online. Upon arriving we were seen in a matter of minutes. We had a very pleasant experience there. Everyone was polite.
