This firm is the prime example of what phenomenal service is. I originally called to obtain service and spoke to a young lady who was more than helpful. I called right before closing but regardless of the time, she was friendly, patient and compassionate. Most of all, she knew what she was doing. She took my information and told me that I’d get a call back within 24 hours. I received a call back in 20 minutes! I spoke with Terry whom was just as patient, and kind as the secretary.
