My company would have never gotten to the level it reached without Foundry.legal and more importantly Larkin and Ezra. After searching endlessly for reputable and AFFORDABLE lawyers(we got a quote for a co-founder document from one firm for 6K!!!) the legal gods blessed us and we were introduced to Larkin and Ezra co-founders of Foundry.legal. When we first started working with them we came with every early stage startup, legal, issue in the book! Cofounder issues, fundraising issues, a lack of employee contracts and documents issues, think of a startup legal issue and we had it! They met with me and my team promptly, listened actively to all our issues, and immediately gave us suggestions and ideas on how to handle each. Once we had clarification on where we went wrong, they informed us about what legal documents we would need to get things sorted out, and immediately started drafting those up for us.
