This was a complex case that involved getting my child back from his mother in Alabama . As you can imagine, I was a distraught father when I made the call to Fox and Fox , but those feelings quickly vanished three days later when Joesph Wassel called me on Friday and said we were granted with an order for my son to be returned to PA immediately. From that point forward with every curve ball that the opposition threw was hit out the park . From child services getting involved to a fraudulent PFA claim (2xs); Joe was there immediately to put a stop to the nonsense and did a great job not only navigating us through all the challenges and hurdles, but communicating the process every step of the way . Joe is a bonafide bulldog and aggressive when needed litigant. He will not let the other side hold the floor and carry on with nonsense. This case never made it to court room , Joe shut it down from the beginning and by the time the conciliation was completed it was very clear that the other side stood no chance . This wasn’t an easy task I don’t have a perfect past . Hands down if I ever need assistance with this matter again , Joe and Phylis would be the dynamic duo that I would go to for assistance. In terms of cost , if that’s a weighing factor you almost can’t afford not to go with someone of Joe’s competence and professionalism. He may or may not be more than the next firm , but he is tried and true. price is what you pay , quality is what you get . And you get the epitome of a professional at the height of his craft .
