Attorney Francis made this the best possible outcome for me. He took the time to explain how everything was going to work, answered all of my questions, & all of my wife’s questions. He was forthright with cost, and that nothing was a guarantee. He discussed the options and possible legal routes. I wasn’t pushed off to a receptionist. I’d leave a message, & he’d respond when he wasn’t busy in court or what have you. He showed up to both hearings. I was charged with a DUI. He got it dropped to a misdemeanor reckless endangerment. I’m a CDL holder. He saved my career! I can’t say thank you enough! I’m so thankful this man got me a second chance!

Hello everyone. Some of the Google reviews fooled me, and I hired Francis to defend my son detained in Monroe County PA. Since I didn't know anyone in Monroe County PA and my son hearing was scheduled in 2 days and I didn't have enough time to personally go there and search and find a good attorney. This guy popped up on Google, and I saw some good reviews. I called his office, and he quickly returned my call and spoke to me about an hour. That was the first time when he took the call for 1 hour, other time my call was handled by a third party, and they would always say he is busy. Can i take a message.
2 days later, he appeared in the court and was literally silent in front of the judge and the prosecutor. My family was there, and he didn't even bother to say a few words of sympathy or the possible outcomes of this case. We were very disappointed and hired another attorney to defend my son, which worked out very well.
I requested him to refund the money as he didn't do his job well, and he threatened me that he would go to the prosecutor and share information, and my son would go to 20 years imprisoned. So I keep my mouth shut to save my son. Another attorney settled the case and charged us half of the fees that we paid to Francis.
My advice to all other fellow citizens is to thank before you leaf. He might be a good attorney for DUI or property closing cases, but I got a worst experience with him in criminal case.
