I obtained Frank for a custody battle, which lasted 4 months. In those 4 months I prepared all evidence. I had to get everything together and copied and go to his office sometimes numerous times a week because he does not believe in electronics. Altogether probably 7 visits that could have easily been done over the phone but he insisted I come in to talk. He charges 180 dollars an hour and out of those 7 or 8 visits probably 2 or 3 actually accomplished anything. I’m writing this to warn others. Frank went to court for me 1 time and it got postponed. After that me and Childs mother came to an agreement. We had frank write it up maybe 8 pages an hour of typing it out. And for all that I was charged 5000 dollars for doing nothing in court and writing up an agreement that was already written up, and pretty much doing all the leg work myself. Getting the evidence together and printed out to be presentable. So how does all that equal 5000 dollars this is the scam. He sends you packets in the mail 2 or 3 every single week because he “doesn’t like electronics, email, or texting”. All they are is what you and him have talked about that’s it and after a few weeks it’ll get to the point he just copies and pastes them maybe adds a few sentences every week. Well you are being billed almost 200 an hour for this ridiculous mail he sends. By the end of the 4 months I had close to 50 packets of literally nothing him just rambling. There is other complaints on here of him doing the same exact thing. So be ware there is better legal representation out there for a fraction of his cost. He tells you he’ll send a monthly statement saying what he’s done and how much he is charging you so far I didn’t receive one. By time I caught onto what he was probably about to charge me for his packets it was to late. DO NOT HIRE HIM!

Frank is very understanding and professional! I had a great experience working with him. He is very educated within his field and I would recommend him to anyone in the area. He's reliable and will listen to you and give the best advice possible. He's efficient in helping organize important information which will be presented in the courtroom. I really like him!!! He is awesome! He has handled multiple cases for me, divorce, power of attorney to be able to sign school and medical papers for my step son and handled issues with my ex husbands house after he passed away. Overpriced & will submit a motion to withdrawal if you miss a payment and does not make payment arrangements. Does not feel like he cares about your case, only the money. $2500 for him to file a single motion, have one 30 minute meetings with defendants lawyer. Defendants lawyer stated he never hear from Frank, when Frank stated he would contact him regarding mediation. Charges for phone calls. Charges for countless letters in the mail with the same information over and over, that are up to 20 pages of the same information he sent three to four days ago. Is responsible for the death of thousands of trees. Asked for a detailed report of how our money was being spent and he would not give that to us.

Frank was a huge help with my legal paperwork. He made the process so easy by following up after each meeting with a letter outlining everything I needed to do or find to complete my parts. I was overwhelmed at first, but his outline broke it down so I could easily complete things and we had it down within two weeks. I can't believe I waited over 10 years to get it done!
