So allow me to update. I was arrested a few years ago. The "victim" came to my house and scratched my son's auto & slashed a tire. Let me be clear, my son did NOT know John Winston, had never met him and to this day, has never met him. I had never met John Winston either until that day. He knew my husband & although my husband was at the house when it happened, John didn't come to the door, he parked in front of my neighbors house and slithered in front of my house and damaged my son's auto. By the grace of God my neighbor across the street saw and pulled her phone out and took pics. God bless her... WE as pissed off parents went to John's house. Let me also be clear, initially to his family, he denied it. Then he admitted it. Long story short, John was aware we were coming over to address what he'd done. Should I have called the police? Yes. But as I said then, I do not believe they would have even made contact with him. The DA over my case made it sound to the jury that I believe .. actually I'm not even sure what he was saying. Either I think the police will allow anyone to do anything.. I'm not even sure. My position was that the police have no follow through. John pulled a gun out on my husband. He denied that. John jumped on a lifted jeep while the jeep was moving. John accused me of running him over in my son's jeep. He denied everything he did. Look, there's an entire FB page that has photos and everything documented including my jury trial..By the grace of God with my neighbors photos showing John was there, his stupid ass putting him mom in a position where she was asked to tell the truth and did, I was found not guilty. The irony, John has his own cases through the same DA and by the looks of it, they're still treating him like an infant. This DA (head) needs to be voted out of office. You want change in Fresno? Get her out!!! They cherry pick cases they believe they can win. The irony, upon trial I saw the photo the PD took of John when he said I ran him over. He had a huge smile on his face. It was alwaysy position he took the gun inside the house when he told the police he needed to go inside and change in clothes because he "pooped" himself. Maybe had they taken the case seriously and investigated (according to a detective the case wasn't investigated after that day) maybe John wouldn't have his own cases.
