Brent Garfield has recently helped my family and literally took the reins of a very complicated estate matter. He untangled facts and documents dating back 44 years. Brent communicated in detail many times per week with our accountant as well to settle the estate ! He is professional, reasonable, responsive and by far one of the best attorneys I have worked with.

Brent also drew up our wills. They are simple and concise. He pointed out that there is no reason to have a personal will consisting of hundreds of pages! As well, he is very professional.

I can't say enough good things about Brent Garfield. After being sued by an HOA over a road easement, I searched for a good attorney who was knowledgeable and didn't want to empty my pockets. After speaking to numerous attorneys I was lucky enough to find Brent. To make a long story short, my 5-year legal battle went all the way to the Colorado Supreme Court and Brent was successful the whole way. I have known J. Brent Garfield for several decades during which time I have practiced as a Certified Public Accountant.

I have recommended Brent to multiple clients and, to my knowledge, all have been very pleased with his services.

Brent has also helped me with legal matters. At one time I had a real estate matter that I felt was an especially difficult case. Thinking that the issue would require the expertise found only in a large law firm, I presented the facts to a well-known attorney, one who was a partner in one of one of Denver’s largest law firms.

That attorney set forth his plan for a solution. The plan was very cumbersome, drawn out, expensive, with an unsure outcome.

I thought that I would get a second opinion, so I presented the same facts to Brent. He immediately took a very simple and direct approach, proposed a speedy execution, and his estimated cost only a small fraction of that quoted by the large firm.
