From my very first conversation with Vince, I was highly impressed with his level of customer service. He listened intently to the issue I was having and asked me follow up questions in an attempt to best advise me. I was not yet a customer, yet he treated me as though I was a longtime, loyal customer! He could have secured an expensive service for himself to troubleshoot and fix my current laptop, but after gathering all the information he took the time to explain to me that the most cost effective and safe option for me was to purchase a new laptop and utilize the cloning service he provides instead. He gave me specific laptop brands and features that would best suit my needs and budget while shopping for a new device. Vince was immediately responsive in all communications. He completed the service in the exact timely manner he promised. The cloning was absolutely remarkable! I turned on my new laptop and everything worked like a charm. Vince was a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process, and I felt like a valued customer before I even became his customer. Excellent service at Get Computer Service. Vince worked around my hours at work to fix my gaming computer. He came in early, instead of his regular schedule so I could drop my computer off. Get Computer Service, that's right, Get IT. I met Vince in one of the most stressful times possible about 5 years ago, our QNAP server was hacked from an open port and our data locked/encrypted, everything. Vince was willing and basically helped talked me through our current situation, options etc. and thoughts moving forward. We are in a much better place now, our NAS server is backed up, all company desktops are backed up as well. Much better footing than ever before. We have had website issues, and when I'm calling, he already knows there's a problem. Vince will pretty much jump in and attempt to resolve the issue at hand, any issue, coding you name it. I myself come from a past IT background, A+ Cert, Novell CNA cert, Microsoft MCSE training and more. What I truly admire and respect is Vince is not afraid to take on anything, a drive to move forward. From my CNC screw machine failing drive, attempting to cloning it and update the technology, to our hardware, to helping/ administering or leading technical elements for our online services such as Microsoft, Google, Big Commerce, Shopify just to name a few. I must say, he is a pretty well rounded person, technical in nature that has been exposed to tons of hardware & software configurations which includes various online service providers, and the list goes on... But, it certainly does not stop just there. Fully technical in applications as well, MS Excel, generating custom reports from Skuvault exports. Very capable of understanding and handling technical or policy issues with Ebay, Amazon. From listings, errors, violations or account health issues. Vince is a one stop shop. Not that I want to share him with anybody.. lol, I think its only fair to help communicate this persons ability to get the job done one way or another. Not many people I vouch for, so where a handshake is still honorable and noteworthy than Vince is certainly your guy. In the end, Vince is a guy you can trust on your network, your technical go too. Vince the owner had unfortunately passed a few months ago. This is more or less a tribute to his expertise, drive and friendship. He is very missed, his business savvy, talking through difficult situations, he made you feel like you can take on the technological world and wouldn’t hesitate to dig in. He tackled everything with his calculated confidence, and always succeeded in his mission. Great guy, if someone has info on another person with his type of incredibly ranging technical skill set, reach out to me.

Vince helped me back up 2TB of iCloud Photos and Videos to external hard drives. (Yes, you read that correctly- 2TB Aka 2K GB or 2M MB of storage. To put this into perspective most personal laptops are 128GB - 512GB) . This is a feat that 7 other computer technicians could not figure out. Apple’s model is cloud-based and doesn’t make it easy to download data- especially of this magnitude. Vince was extremely knowledgeable and was able to help me complete this task. At face value , they’re just photos and videos on a phone. But in reality, it’s 12 years of memories of people and pets who are no longer here. It was important to me to ensure these precious clips were never lost. I would highly recommend this business to help with any computer / technical challenge.
