I watched the "Dateline" episode about the murder of Nona Dirksmeyer and Phillips was completely inept. He conjured up so many theories, in an attempt to pin the murder on Kevin Jones. Frankly, I am disgusted that this man is still a prosecuting attorney.

This office along with Russellville PD is a joke my car was stolen almost 2 months ago the guy forged my name to a bill of sale and they tell me they don't have enough to charge him there video showing he I'm stealing it and they wont even talk to me. And guess what they don't answer to anyone

Was just told that my case in involving immediate threats won't be looked at for 3 days. So much for assistance! I have to call And make an appointment according to the sheriff's department, but they won't make an appointment until the prosecutor reviews my case and decides I'd my life is worth their time!!
