Todd and Lana Glickfield handled the personal injury civil case for our now permanently disabled son. They went above and beyond assisting with the case during an extremely stressful time for our family and son. They took care of all the details and requirement’s from start to finish for us and even provided additional support through another law firm to set up a special needs trust for our son. They took a huge burden from us during an extremely traumatic life changing event for our family and son and resolved the case successfully!

My experience was the same as a prior reviewer involving evidence submitted to my lawyer and not submitted in the courts. Tom Lawson was my attorney. I asked mutiple times for an emergency hearing to be setup. Provided body camera evidence clear as day showing neglect. This was not completed and as a direct result my petition for custody and attempt to submit this evidence today was objected to. Moreover, the delay by Tom Lawson was conflated as inaction on my part for my daughters case to suggest the issues raised were not severe. Now my daughter returns to a home wherein there are pending felony charges for assaulting a minor.

It goes without saying, I cannot recommend Tom Lawson and subsequently any firm with which he is associated.

His association, made clear, as renting office space but also utilizing office resources to the effect of clients payments, communications, and scheduling. Moreover, this google profile is the search result for "tom lawson marion indiana" further validating this review.

For family law do not use this law firm. I gave my lawyer multiple pages of text messages police reports and video to bring in front of the judge to try to get custody of my children none of it was brought forward except for two text messages that I asked him to put forward along with multiple other things that I asked him to put forward and was not due to this I lost physical and legal custody of my children. Also it took almost a year and a half to get my court date. I would like to also include that once I received the court documents over the divorce statements i emailed them back asking several questions with no response they cut all ties with me before the ink was even dry. This is all in my personal opinion.

Tom Lawson was my attorney. He rents space at this firm. When Tom Lawson attorney, Tom Lawson lawyer and Tom Lawson reviews are google search this is the location I am taken to. Again all previous statements are in my opinion.

I was in a car accident that resulted in long-term neck issues, and the insurance company of the person who hit me refused to pay. Glickfield's office was easy to work with, and Todd had no problem getting my medical bills and other expenses covered.

I hired him for my custody battle. And it was worth every penny. He is upfront very honest with how things look, and will tell you what needs to do better the outcome in a case. In my experience which continues till this day sadly "ex" he has fought for me in what was almost a 2 year custody battle which ended in a win for me. I would recommend him to anyone who had or is in a custody battle because he doesn't stop and his efforts never go unnoticed. I couldn't of made a better choice in an attorney to represent me in my ugly custody battle.

The receptionist is extremely rude.

Tom Lawson himself (who is part of the Glickfield Law office) is very uninvolved in his cases and represents them in such a manner of unprofessionalism. You get asked the same questions multiple times to present the exact same documents over and over again. Which leaves the impression that the organization in this office is by far subpar and extremely disappointed in their services.

I would NOT recommend anyone using Tom Lawson as an attorney nor his receptionist.
