I had the pleasure of meeting Attorney Goetz about three years ago, when he assisted me with the sale of my late mother’s house through probate. He was extremely helpful and understanding in a very difficult time of my life. About two years later when I lost my sister to a tragic accident, his associate, Attorney Lucas Lalonde, was instrumental in helping me liquidate her property and navigate through the (very confusing and intimidating) probate system yet again. And then most recently, Attorney Goetz assisted me and my fiancée in the purchase of our dream home. Both gentlemen could not have been more helpful, courteous, or fair throughout the entire process (all 3 times). Whether it be real estate, probate matters, or both, these guys are the best in the business, and I would never consider using anyone outside of their firm. To put it in perspective, their office is over 60 miles from my home, and there are many, many lawyers to choose from between me and their office in West Hartford; however I gladly travel over an hour for their services— which speaks volumes!

We had to sell our home under some pretty unfortunate circumstances. To make matters worse, our proceeds from the sale were sent to the mortgage company creating an overpayment. Who knows how long that would have taken to be resolved. Thanks to Tim and Tabitha it took less than 10 days for us to receive the funds. Neither of them gave up trying to get this resolved. Tabitha followed this through almost daily. She even contacted my credit union to verify the clearing house information was correct to avoid a further delay. I felt good knowing that they had our backs and that they weren’t going to let us be let down. It was very comforting during this extremely trying time. We are beyond grateful. If you need a firm to take care of your real estate legal needs and you want to feel like you are a top priority, you have to use Goetz Law. They are the best in the business in our opinion. We cannot thank them enough.
