Attorney Shannon Riley made a complete mess of a simple paternity hearing.
* No advocacy
* Submitted incorrect documents to the court
* Omitted critical data to support the mothers rights
* No legal strategy or case reference for the judge to consider

I wish I didn't have to leave this review and I am ultimately okay with not "winning" no one should ever have to go through these things. But I'll just say this.

-Up to date I still am not sure what was submitted to the judge in portfolio.
-I spent probably the bulk of $13000 for hours my hired lawyer spent talking to the opposing counsel (yes I paid for that)
-We have not spent more than 2 hrs working on this case my lawyer and I.
-All of my rights ..what rights?(I was told I had none by my legal counsel)
- They will submit the wrong things, and you will reach in front of the judge with the wrong documents that you didn't ask for

I am not upset that I didn't win. I am upset that I did not get the support and representation I have paid for. I paid for someone to ignore me and didn't listen to my case at all.

Now I'm not surprised I have lost being poorly represented.
