I needed a review, interpretation and guidance regarding a document in a mortgage package from my separated wife. I needed to ensure I wasn’t being snowballed into financial obligations for her mortgage. I contacted Mathew Goodwin at less than 36 hours prior to signing due to the mortgage company dragging their feet in providing documents to me. Mathew Goodwin’s office staff understood my predicament and was very reassuring all would be okay.

Mathew Goodwin called me with a full understanding of my situation and needs. He provided line-by-line interpretation and assurance I could sign the document with no fear of any present nor future financial/legal responsibilities. He also invited me to call him at the signing if I had questions.

At the signing, five more documents arose for my signature. Three were in question. Matthew Goodwin returned my call within minutes, explained the three docs and assured me they were harmless to sign.

Thanks to Mathew Goodwin for easing my mind during a very questionable and tumultuous 36 hours.
