Wayna Marshall, one of the attorneys at Gould, Whitley and Garrison, has deep expertise in eldercare law. She knows all the complexities of Medicare, Medicaid, how to manage through probate court, even how to navigate family issues in the throes of the loss of a loved one. She is just wonderful. She helped me, as the executor for my father's estate, through the toughest times, treating me with infinite patience and respect. I could not have gotten through all the challenges of losing my dad and managing through the legal issues without her. I will be eternally grateful for such a professional, compassionate attorney like Wayna and recommend her very highly for any family who needs help with their elder loved one.

I don't feel that Wayna cared for my mother. In my opinion, she only cared about receiving money. She listened in on a private phone call without my permission. She didn't seems to mind filing a court petition with non truths. She didn't seem to mind being a vehicle to attack me for another individual with my mother paying the consequences. There is more to say about the bad treatment but I will leave it at that.
