I would NEVER recommend using Mr. James Miller or his Title Company! He was very demeaning and short with me while dealing with a transaction . Granted... he was representing the Buyer and I was representing the Seller so to some respect I understand,but there is absolutely no reason not to be kind. I have been a Realtor for over 35 years and have never been treated like this by a "professional". He overlooked 2 emails with specific details as to who gets paid what and messed it up. When asked to help remedy the situation he basically was not willing to take any responsibility for the error. My Title Company steps up to the plate and makes it right. Can't say the same with this title company! Double check all the numbers and do not assume that your emails are getting read!
