i recently retained the services of Gayle Kraut for numerous legal issues i was facing. I was represented by attorney Gayle R. Kraut regarding a frivolous professional licensing complaint that was submitted against me to the Pennsylvania Department of State.

Although the complaint submitted against me was defamatory and without merit, solely intended to harass me, my defense still needed to be taken seriously because regardless of if a complaint was submitted in bad faith, the Pennsylvania Department of State investigators are mandated to investigate all reports.

Gayle Kraut simplified the process, making the entire (quite scary) situation a lot less stressful. Recently, the Department of State situation resolved in my favor - and at a very fair overall cost from this law firm. If you are a victim of a bogus administrative complaint, it's best not to go about trying to defend yourself on your own. Get professional backup! This review is 100% authentic - I'm simply motivated to leave a positive review since I had a positive experience. Mr. Greenfield's credentials are impeccable and too numerous to list in this review. He has practiced law for over 50 years, taught at Duquesne and Pitt Law schools, was a first assistant US attorney, and served on numerous legal boards. I have always had an excellent outcome when I used this law firm and they went above and beyond their role as my attorney and have always taken a personal interest in my welfare. Their legal fees have also been reasonable. Whenever Mr. Greenfield has appeared on my behalf in court, the presiding judges have shown him the greatest respect. The last time he represented me the magistrate stated, "Mr. Greenfield, It's an honor to have you in my courtroom". Later I learned that the judge was one of Mr. Greenfield's students in law school. Needless to say, Mr. Greenfield got me an outstanding disposition. His daughter and partner Gayle has also worked diligently on my behalf.
