Every tax season, I find myself overwhelmed with figuring out complicated tax issues, poring over countless notice letters and payment demands for amounts that don't seem quite right. I also dread making the call to the IRS, as it usually results in spending the next 8 hours of my life waiting on hold to speak to a representative.
