Went here for my fingerprints and had no problems. It went through quickly. Many reviews say they don't do the paperwork and scam you out of your money.
However, you need to take into consideration whether or not your records are going to be come back clear or not. Some backgrounds take longer to review than others.
Mine took less than a week to process.
And my aunt went through this company as well and hers took over a month due to past cases that they had to further research before they would submit them to the requesting firm.

I went here for a livescan. They were very kind and helpful. They only accept cash or money orders for livescans, so make sure you come prepared for that.
