AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Awful staff. Awful experience. The best part of the entire process was when it was over. Will never recommend this group to ANYONE. Have no idea how they are still in operation with how poorly they handled my housing process. Almost lost the home I was moving into because they CHOSE their own timelines despite it going against the signed contracts with both parties (selling & buying). Pitiful customer service and utter disrespect to the parties involved (lenders, realtors, and clients). I should not have even been responsible for paying their attorney fees with how poorly they treated my wife and I. I only put one star because zero was not an option.

I had a great experience closing on my home a few months ago with Guest and Brady. My closing attorney was Lauren and she went out of her way to communicate everything well in advance and accommodate my schedule. The paralegal, Libby, also went absolutely above and beyond and even took care of a request for me several months after closing! I was so impressed with how kind, respectful, and organized Libby was and how quickly she responded every time I had a need or a question arise. I really appreciated the great customer service I received from her both during and after the closing process. Having closed on several properties with several firms I can say that this level of service is both rare and exceptional. Thank you to Lauren and Libby for going above and beyond to make a stressful process a little easier- closing on a home is not always a short or easy process, but it helps so much to know that you are in the capable hands of professionals who treat your home closing with the same level of care they would as if it were their own.
