Very unorganized and unprofessional, refused to let me pay off my balance but will continue to harass you for payments. When trying to make payment they said I will receive a call back from management. After 2 weeks and calling in 3 times management never reached out. Everyone in the office will give you the run around all they offer is a call back that you will never receive.

The manager is very rude always yelling over you even when she is wrong. Made two different arrangements then just cause they felt like it cancels the arrangements when I called her out for being wrong then yells " it's a privilege to have payment arrangements, I'll just garnish you" then hangs up on me. So when I call back I ask for supervisor and she says she's the highest on the pole, then yells over me again keeps threatening with garnishment its sad that people like her work in places like this just to feel powerful she might as well be working for Russia with all that power to ruin people's finances. I wouldn't put it past then to not take a payment just so they can collect more money from the garnishment they threatening people with!!!!!

I was finally able to speak with Elizabeth yesterday 02.14.2023 after trying to get in contact with her since the previous Thursday. They sent over a wage garnishment to my employers for something that I am not even responsible for, mind you I was provided this wage garnishment less than week before the wages were to be garnished from my check. They did not get this garnishment to my employer in a timely fashion or me, so that it could be disputed. Not to mention that this is the second wage garnishment they have placed on me for a loan that was $300, they already garnished nearly $1000 from me the first time and then sent a second garnishment for over $700! I cannot even exaggerate how unprofessional Elizabeth acted when I was trying to get more information about this judgement that was placed against me. Here I am a single mother to 3 kids who is barely making it by, who does not receive assistance from anyone. I do everything on my own. I was almost in tears on the phone with the way she was speaking to me. My manager heard the way she was speaking to me and told me I need to go down there and speak to someone directly. This woman had the nerve to tell me that I was served properly in 2020. She told me they served the papers to my son back in 2020. I asked her how that was even legal seeing as I never received the documents. She stated as long as someone over the age of 15 accepts them, that they were served properly. I was blown away because my son literally just now turned 13 this month. So when the papers were served back in 2020, they were served to 10 year old little boy!!! If I would have received the papers, I would have went to court and I would have proven that this debt is not mine. When I requested the documents that are needed and requested information to her corporate office, she was beyond rude and ended up hanging up on me. When I tried calling back, no one would answer my call. This is completely illegal!!!! It's one thing if its a debt that I owe, but it's not something I owe and have not been provided with proof that the debt belongs to me. This is just a warning, you messed with the wrong person this time.

Very unprofessional was trying to contact them for 3 days to verify that I had payed off the balance that I owed to them. At first when I called they said I sounded like a robot and hung up on me. Once I got through they told me I would have to talk to a supervisor she would call me the next day, next day rolls around I call back was told that I would have to wait to get any information and they would call me later in the afternoon I said I may not be able to answer is there anyway you could email a bill which is what I asked them to do the past few days then they ask me for my info again already gave it to them twice and then they say okay sir your balance is paid off. When that is what I've been asking about for days

This office and the Manager are very unprofessional and rude. I called after never hearing back from them for 2 years. I asked for a accounting of what I was being charged for and she raised her voice and I was shocked. I asked her to please stop yelling as there's no need. She said this call has become unproductive and hung up on me. I called back and they would not answer. How do you deal with an unprofessional company to find out about your debt? It's impossible.

I called and tried speaking with Elizabeth in regards to a collection I had sent to them, this lady would not let me speak and hear me out she laughed in my face and told me I'm just going to garnish your check and hung up on me. She is very very RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. After this I was very upset and Googled the company and came across many other complaints in regards to this lady I called back trying to get a corporate number to call in a complaint on her and was told there is not one.. which explains why she is so rude considering she has noone to answer to. I don't see how anyone would even consider using this agency. Only gave it a 1 star because I had to in order to leave a review.

If I could leave a zero star review, I would. My friend unfortunately has to deal with this company and I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy. Their name says Legal "Support" services but all these people do is degrade others, state that they "do not have any empathy from 9 AM- 5 PM because this is just a job to them" and hang up on people when they are trying to obtain documentation about the so-called debt they are trying to collect. Elizabeth should be fired for the way I overhead her speaking to my friend over the phone.
