This firm went above and beyond for me with my car accident. From day one I was treated like a person and I could tell everyone actually cared about me and my situation…I wasn’t just another source of income to them. Zero out of pocket expenses from day one, they don’t get paid if you don’t get paid so there is no financial strain on you or a need to come up with attorney fees for initial consultation.

I was not at fault and the insurance company did not want to pay. Jim Hagelgan and his team took over completely and the phone calls finally stopped from the insurance company wanting to settle for Pennie’s. They handled all my medical records, made all the phone calls and dealt with the insurance companies representatives and attorneys.
