I was referred to Mary-Jo Mullen, and spoke with her paralegal Lori. Lori was quite short with me and based on that alone I would not want to retain attorney Mullen. But in addition, they charge $300/hr for a consultation. Lori could not tell me and would not inquire whether the fees would be reimbursable for my case, if won (case is very straightforward). So I would have no way of knowing if I want this attorney to represent me, or know if the fees are reimbursable, until I paid for a consultation and meet. Based on this experience I cannot recommend them.
