READ BEFORE SIGNING
I am an honest man; and, I want all considering to be aware. They betrayed me. My case was removed from appeal, without my authorization. Immediately after learning of removal, I fired them. I was not given updates during litigation. I would not be surprised if my representation was paid off by government, to abandon case. I consulted with an experienced attorney after, who told me "they really botched this up," after reviewing the petitions filed.
Despite their actions, massive success followed me. Every aspect of my life was blessed after litigation and the events leading to it. I was given loving friends, greater career path, six figure annual income at age 34; and, a life with renewed meaning. My redemption is example, the Christian God is real; and, He intervenes in the lives of those who lean on Him. Place your trust and life course in the LORD God who will never forsake you, not the liars of this law firm.

Waited 3 years on my husband case for him to get barely nothing. My husband was injured and unable to work and the attorney simply didnt fight for us. He constantly got us confused with other cases, we had to keep providing documents we already had, and meeting with us on the weekends to charge us extra money. My best advice is to stay way from this firm because case turned from winning 1 million dollars to only 20,000 in which we owe the lawyer 33%. Waste of time for 3 years of our lives. If the settlement amount was that low then our case should have been settled 2 years ago instead of stretching the case over time. STAY AWAY!

Steve and Molly worst lawyers they dropped my case 30 days before federal trial 3 years of wasted time even after during a mediation hearing that a retired fed judge acting as the mediator stated that my case was worth 6 figures Steve also said its okay to call minority racial names as long as you say it once

Molly "worked" on my medical malpractice case for6 years said it was a sure win. We went to court and lost . She let the defendent not allow alot of evidence that would of proved i was wronged. She was on her cell phone 90% of the time snd not paying attention to case at hand guess she had a better bigger case to work on and i do belive whole heartly she was paid off to loose my case she made more money that way she refused to sppeal it told me to get a different attorney true liar she is

My grandmother is 66 years old. SEVEN YEARS ago, she fell and hurt herself at work so bad she has not been the same since. I remember a spunky fiery lady who could take on the world. Now shes a shell of that woman. Shes been trying and working so hard to not be in pain anymore. She tried getting what she deserves with the help of you guys. And you guys didnt do jack. Shes unable to work the rest of her life. She has my 3 younger siblings to tale care of and you guys just barely doubled her original offer of $27,000. You guys have taken more money and caused more grief for her that everyday she wishes she would have just done it herself. The lawyer my grandmother had acted like he didnt know what he was doing. Or like he was just trying to make a paycheck. If i could give negative stars i would for what you did to one of the kindest sweetest old ladies just needing some help. You guys dragged her through hell and seem very unapologetic for it. I wonder how you guys can sleep at night.

My husband was injured at work and this law firm worked feverishly to help us out. They are excellent people to work with all the way from the receptionist to the top of the chain. Steve , Jim and Lori are the GREATEST. I would recommend this law firm to everyone!!!!!!! They deserves more than 5 stars!!!!!

Never go through them I repeat don’t go though Steve. Imessed my whole case up by going through them!!I had a real strong one I told him the amount I wanted and he he ask for a quarter of it. The worst law firm in Iowa. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I’m 22 years old and I sued my school for something that happened to me when I was fifteen and I promise you it was worth way more then what Steve asked for. They are Absolute Liars and I couldn’t even do anything about it because he said it in front of the Jury
