Constant charges for useless communication. Every email with a miniscule update cost me a few hundred dollars. I am taking my ex back to court with a new lawyer and have some much better results coming forth. They were much more interested in passing the buck and going to the gym. 2 stars because he did come up with a decent idea about how to split alimony and child support. $40k+ for a two star result. I would check elsewhere before committing to this group.

I am a previously divorced man.
I did not know of Shaun during my initial proceedings and ended up selecting someone else.
During my original experience, I suppose I felt what many people going through a divorce feel….hopelessness; anxiety over financials, etc. (my kids were grown so luckily I didn’t have custody issues).
At any rate, let me just say that I was heavily involved in defending my cause and ended up with a fair deal. The reason I share this is because years later I needed representation again.
Although my formal relationship with my previous attorney ended, I tried reaching out to him to no avail. We had one live conversation and then he ghosted me afterward during a time when I needed representation and reassurance.
I met a gentleman in the gym I go to, and he told me about Shaun. He knew someone who Shaun represented and had nothing but positives to share.

Many people want an attorney who are fighters! I wanted someone who had a strong presence, but understood the art of the deal.
Fighters end up creating long and drawn out cases with tons of discovery and cost a ton of money with no end in sight.

Shaun’s reputation in the valley is well respected. He understands and leverages his relationships within his attorney network to get things done, while making you feel protected and taken care of.
From personal experience, I will only refer Shaun for those seeking assistance.
I’ve read some of the other reviews and frankly, those comments are in stark contrast to what I experienced, and I’ve experienced more than Shaun.

I'm beyond confused as to why or even how there could be bad reviews for this firm. I Personally couldn't say enough about how truly amazing Attorney Hanson and his office where in handling my case. No one wants to be in a situation where you need to hire a family attorney, it's very overwhelming and emotional, and not something you should attempt to do on your own. I originally tried to handle my divorce pro per, it didn't take long before my ex was using the divorce as a way to further bully and manipulate me. By the time I realized I couldn't handle this on my own, my ex had total control over the divorce and everything was for his benefit, on his terms and in his favor. Hiring this firm saved me, everyone that I met was so very considerate and understanding! As crazy as it sounds, having a firm of truly remarkable individuals on your side can save your sanity! I don't know what I would have done without them, I sincerely credit them with saving me. I was able to walk away from my divorce happy, not scared as I originally thought I would be when I was handling it myself. There's not enough words to express my appreciation to Attorney Hanson and his staff, thank you for treating me and my case so well!

With that being said all I can say is I wouldn't hesitate for a second to recommend Shaun Hanson to my friends and family. This firm will be your life saver, it was for me! Don't go through something so hard by yourself!

I highly recommend this office to anyone who has been dealing with Riverside County Court and needs to obtain custody of their children. After speaking with several offices, Danica Hanich carefully listened to my family law situation. They did not over promise and they did deliver. After 7 years of continuous abuse, and the court overlooking the abuse as detrimental to my child, I finally obtained custody of my child with the help of this office. Words cannot express how thankful I am that I can now get my child what she needs. Mr. Hanson and Mr. Bradford represented me on 2 occasions and both were very professional. They were prepared for each court date. This office was always responsive to me and it was a great sense of relief knowing that this office was handling what needed to be handled. Chuck Gorian is the best! He was really helpful in regards to answering my questions and not giving me the boot to refer me to other attorneys without giving me some feedback. Other attorney offices I had spoken to told me they wouldn’t be able to help me or that I could find somewhere cheaper without even giving me any kind of consultation or feedback. He made my day and helped me to the best of his ability and it was very sincere and genuine and he actually gave me some hope. They are absolutely the worst lawyers around. If your case is at all important to you please keep scrolling and call a different lawyer! I am so devastated with the ruling I got because of them it is absolutely ruining my life every single day. For the love of God if your case is at all important to you call a different lawyer! Especially Michelle Broker! I was supposed to get Hanson and instead I got the biggest man hater who didn't believe an honest word I said. I can't write enough bad reviews. I would've rather have represented myself and it would have saved me 5000 they lied about their price and they weren't even worth a dollar.
