I am filing a complaint with the disciplinary board. She NEVER filed anything with the court on my behalf. Son lived in mom’s house rent free. Didn’t do an eviction to my executor son while stole everything in my house. She yelled at me the 3 times we met in person. Told me not allowed to drive by mom’s house. No restraining order. No closure. I swear she’s working for the opposing attorney and Not me her client. How does she stay in business? In 14 months my executor son/sister never called or emailed me. That’s a HUGE conflict of interests. she said to get counseling. You’re a doctor now? Giving advice when I haven’t been allowed to grieve. Where’s my parents’ ashes? So now we’re a doctor? I didn’t even get my day in court. Judge yelled at her and within 2 minutes I knew he was bias. My son stole the rest of my stuff. I asked motion for reconsideration. Nope. I filed a police report because he threw some of my stuff in the driveway including guns. She yelled at me for calling 911 and because I filed a police report because he stole half of it. I paid $6k for getting my own house keys. Gross misconduct/not filing any motion or petition to recover stolen assets. Dad’s attorney said fire her she’s just taking your money after 8 weeks of not returning phone calls or emails. she didn’t withdraw until today. Weeks after I asked her to. Lousy other estate attorney sent her my offer I never saw. I opened it up 2 days ago. Yesterday it was approved for sale without my consent nor knowledge by judge Certo. He’s worse than she is. Bias and all scratching each other’s backs. I’ve received nothing. Court ordered to get my approval. IF YOUVE BEEN SCREWED BY JAMIE I URGE YOU TO FILE A FORM ON LINE WITH THE DISCIPLINARY BOSRD ASAP.

Family Law. Divorce. Jamie will look out for you. She is professional yet kind. She will present all options precisely while allowing you to make final decisions. Her recommendations were always in my best interest. My husband didn’t want to seek his own attorney so this made things easier because Jamie is also a mediator, though she clarified to me multiple times that was not her role in my case and that she was MY attorney. She has the ability to see both sides of things and can carefully explain why or why not any proposal is reasonable or unreasonable.
Her office does not bill for every phone call or e-mail. She will keep you informed of balance, whether current or anticipated.
Her legal team is compassionate and answers all inquiries promptly.
I was recommended to see Jamie through another attorney who no longer practices family law. I could not be happier with this recommendation!
If you want a dirty attorney, you might want to find someone else. I find integrity much more appealing.

Mrs. Harrell and her team graciously took on my divorce case at what seemed to be the darkest point in my life. They assured me that they would do everything in their power to resolve my case in a fair and just manner making sure that most importantly the children's needs are met.
