I recently worked with Evelyn Hart for my mother's immigration services, and overall, I had a positive experience.

Evelyn is highly efficient and responds to emails in a very timely manner, which made communication smooth and easy. She addresses questions with thorough responses, ensuring that we felt informed throughout the process. I also appreciate her professionalism in completing all procedures and steps successfully.

However, I would have appreciated a bit more preparation time in between steps and email communications. At times, it felt a bit rushed, which added to the stress of the situation.

In summary, I would recommend Evelyn for immigration services. Her expertise and promptness are commendable!

I had zero knowledge of how immigration worked. I was recently married and wanted to bring my wife over to the States from Pakistan so we could live together. I searched on line and saw the high marks Ms. Hart received. I looked in to her credentials and they seemed very solid. She was up front with me regarding payment and that she would not be able to bring my wife in 2022 but assured me that in 2023 before end of December there would be a high chance. She divided her payments in form of three phases, where third phase was optional. The first phase was having paperwork filed with USCIS (first phase payment 3.5K was made in full), which was completed within a short time frame (a few months). She requested 2nd Phase payment right after her 1st Phase ended (which was made in full about 3K+).It then took an entire year for the case to move to NVC. This is when issues began. It was her duty to inform what type of documents are required yet she failed to do so. She also started to upload documents incorrectly which lead to delays. If her professionalism and credentials in regards to immigration was true than she should not have made the mistakes she did with my case. Even after NVC documentarily qualified my case they did not provide an appointment date. When I asked about the delays, she started questioning me about whether me or my wife had a criminal history. My wife is a villager, the only thing she may have killed are insects and maybe a few chickens. I have lived in the States for 32+ years with a clean record (not even a fender-bender) When I questioned if my case was the first Pakistani immigration she was working on, she ends up bringing a most recent case she was handling and tries to draw an analogy to mines. She wanted to move in to Phase 3 and hold a mock interview with my wife which would have cost another 3K or so. I would not have mind paying Ms. Hart for phase 3, but it was odd she rushed in to Phase 3 when according to her own documents, it doesn't start until the applicant gets in appointment date. When I refused, she immediately terminated her services. She charged me for phase 2 and was paid in full, while phase 2 ends after receiving an appointment date she prematurely terminated her services. Her forms are just a replication/emulation of the USCIS and NVS forms. She charges essentially to transfer data she has you put on her form in to the official NVC forms and file them. That's about 6.5k+ for transferring data(and you have to cross your fingers and hope she does it correctly because she makes you proofread her work!). All the documents and research is something left to you (the sponsor and applicant). Until this very day my wife is still waiting for her appointment date from NVC to which I have been sending inquires on a biweekly basis.
