The lady on the phone was overly rude, talked over me, talked down to me and didn't let me finish what I'd said and then told me to go argue with her boss for 400 an hour. 10/10 the worst experience with a law office I've ever had an I'm a divorced male.
Farther more, I understand she was outright nasty because I made the mistake of saying I was referred by A.T Ryan who works in the nonprofit sector. So I was typecast as someone 'too poor' to afford their services. Hence why she'd say such heinous things and look down on me for '400 an hour'.

When I walked in I was immediately greeted by the receptionist, Michelle. After being there a moment, I was also acknowledged by two other women as they walked through the reception area. Both were very nice. All in all my experience was very nice and I felt very welcomed

That the time of my mother’s death the attorney that wrote up her will requested we have someone else read it. I called the office of Mark Hassler and he was kind enough to read and answer all of our questions dealing with the estate. He continues to help as we have not closed everything out yet.
