Hazen Law Group, LLC were incredible in helping my mother and I navigate the probate legal process, and long-term elder representation for my mother. The team of attorneys, paralegals, and administrative staff were helpful in walking us through the process of settling my father’s estate, after his sudden passing, and the setup of documents of future events. Everyone was extremely professional, very personable, and communicative. My mother was very comfortable with the firm and stated that “this is where we were supposed to be”. My mother enlisted the Hazen Law Group to help manage my father's affairs. They guided us through the Medicaid process and handled the one-year Medicaid audit. Their work required collaboration with other stakeholders, which they led with no hesitation. At the end of our time with the firm, they worked with the nursing facility to fix their final, erroneous invoices that they continued to send to my mother. That final piece of work was out-of-scope and much appreciated.
