We received really clear and helpful advice, the work was thorough and done to a very high standard, plus importantly the communication and service was excellent throughout.

DON'T use their mortgage services.

They'll be extremely slow to reply and they'll let your fixed rate expire leaving you on the hook for a few months. My mortgage went from £900 to £1900 as I got put on variable rate.

They had 8 months to sort it out!

Now I'm in debt and my credit score was severely impacted!

Update: Raised a formal complaint - was sent to their "independent" complaints handling called Resolve Legal and of course I was in the wrong by not spotting their wrong dating of 1st of November.

Nearly every other aspect of selling / buying our house(s) has been a fiasco, involving dealing with multiple people who seem unable to effectively do their jobs.
