Absolutely rude staff the moment me and my nan and my mom walked in the lady on reception was very rude and the lady the appointment was with was very rude also the appointment was booked for the 9th of May and was apparently booked for the 8th of May even though me and my nan and mom was told the 9th of May and the lady I made the appointment with told me I could be in the room with my nan to begin with but was told that it's not possible as usual one person says one thing and another says different do not recommend.

Professional and outstanding customer service - Recently completed a house sale with HCB solicitors, and it was a good all round experience. Recommended by a friend, Vicky looked after the sale.
