I visited this law firm in search of guidance pertaining to evicting a tenant that was basically a seasoned squatter. I spoke with Mr Harris.
He was able to clearly explain the procedure to obtain the writ of possession I needed to legally evict this awful human. His manner is professional. I would recommend this law firm to those needing help.

I have spoken with this law firm a few times over the phone about a corrupt half sibling who tends to bend the truth to get what she wants. I decided I take her to court because if she tell untruths she would be held accountable for perjury ...wrong!! The 1 st actually got irrate toward my person in court because I was upset that I was being lied on over and over and he allowing this injustice to happen I was further shocked that Heaton and Harris are now representing the other party? I even presented a book of evidence of all the lies or acts of perjury she present to the courts. Their take is the truth doesn't matter at this point if the judge made a error in judgement oh well. I am now receiving mail from this law firm and I'm being forced to sale my childhood home of 58 years.

Colin handled a case for a great friend of mine and the law firm didn’t take his case seriously and it caused him not only to lose his job but also did damage to his reputation and mental health. The case against him was false and previously dismissed by another judge in Garland County District Court instead of effectively arguing the case on that alone they didn’t respond to him in a timely matter, causing great delays on his case I don’t recommend this law firm at all!

The people are nice but this law firm is expensive. I had an appeal on a false order of protection case that was already dismissed previously by another judge and reopened subsequently on the same day of dismissal by the same woman sheri Payne after she was released from garland county detention center for terrorist, threatening me and a friend of mine. The law firm assured me that I had a ninety nine percent chance of winning this case, but unfortunately, after almost a year the judge ruling was upheld. A miscarriage of justice in the state of Arkansas to say the least. Especially with all of the evidence I had. But to add insult to injury, the law firm did not notify me of my appeal options going forward in a timely matter, causing me to have to spend more money to obtain new counsel to appeal to the supreme court of arkansas. As everyone knows with appeals, it is a timeliness. Matter. I could have got a retrial of my council. Would have notified me a lot sooner. And made the necessary steps to do so.The case has caused me a lot of financial heartache over the years because it has been going on for over three years now. Ultimately, I think my case was fumbled from the beginning in my previous council should have
Got a new judge once he figured out joseph graham was corrupt and bias. Garland county is very corrupt, and I was referred to this law firm By another law firm will not be making that mistake again. If this law firm would have notified me in a timely manner. It looked out for my best interest. I could've got a retrial and had all of this completed by now. Saving me a lot of heartache and money. I do not recommend this law firm. If you are in a dire situation, especially with false reports that damages your life. Go with another law firm that will understand the severity of reputation loss in economic hardship.
