The complexity of trying to perform a buyout of a property with a sibling with whom I was having a hard time agreeing on the terms was overwhelming. I was referred to Hengesbach & Hengesbach by my family law attorney. Coleman handled my case and was honestly a much better attorney than my family law attorney. Firefighter went under contract for a home that was on the market for half a year. After doing everything possible to close on this purchase, the seller refused to give back the buyers escrow (per contract) and has not allowed 3rd party intervention to resolve (not correct). Horrible service, and abuse of a situation.
