First off she never answers the phone, literally takes 2 days for a reply if she even reply’s. She has people working for her that have no idea about anything. She doesn’t file all the paperwork so then it fall’s on you. Then when asked if she can fix the problem she made, she needs more money, I don’t think that’s how it works I paid the first time and she couldn’t do it right the first time so why would I pay for her mistake. Place is a joke!

I called in to this office several months ago & inquired whether they handled asset protection services for my elderly mother, among other services. (Drawing up a POA, legal limits for gifting of monies to children, etc)
The receptionist was rude and my previous review explained how she basically tried to dissuade me from using this law firm several times during my call and basically dismissed each of my inquiries & sent me on my way to other firms, after rudely telling me to try to, seek counsel in my mother's town of less than 5000, 15 miles away from the metro area....

After the attorney's unapologetic and terse response, I'm quite glad that they dissuaded me from using their firm for our estate planning needs!
The attorney is obviously very much a part of the rude culture prevalent there and unapologetically, not only condones, but perpetuates such treatment of potential clients... I only cringe to think how they treat you after they get your money< I'm very glad now that i was so rudely routed elsewhere!!!

She doesn't respond to client calls or potential client calls. Not to mention the fact that she missed the court hearing for a family members bankruptcy in entirety, thankfully the trustee allowed them to proceed without her. AND she neglected to file a reaffirmation paper which is resulting in issues that were totally preventable had she filed what she requested and what her client had signed. They are in the process of trying to figure that situation out currently, which she is requesting additional payment
