It is not always believable when a reviewer leaves all "10's." So I won't.

A little highway noise (just a little), bathroom towels a little thin, but truly there is nothing to complain about. When looking for a clean, fresh hotel when traveling this one checks all of the right boxes. Super friendly front desk staff, genuinely caring. Clean room fresh from an updating. Hotel lobby and hallways all clean and fresh.

I love the Holiday Inn Express! I love the breakfast offered. The Front desk staff PM for check in and the AM gals were so kind and able to hold conversations. The impression left on me that they love their jobs and pass their passion on though kindness! You have a fabulous hotel here! I would highly recommend to stay here, and plan to repeat when on my travels!

The rooms decor had a new fresh look. We absolutely loved the large 55 inch smart tv.

We were grateful to be able to find a room at this hotel as we pulled off the highway as the road conditions were terrible.

Upon the hotel, the front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. The check-in was quick, efficient and very professional.

As we entered the room, we found it to be very inviting and comfortable and immaculately, cleanwith all the needed amenities. We will definitely use this location again if ever in the area as well as recommended to any of our friends.

We stopped overnight on our way to Wisconsin. We were immediately impressed with the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the room (actually, the entire facility). I want to particularly recognize our desk clerk, Sarah. When we reached our room, we found that the thermostat was blanked out. I called down and Sarah said she bring up fresh batteries. Not only did she bring the batteries, she also brought a key to the room next door so we could move immediately if the thermostat was malfunctioning. I appreciate such a proactive, customer-focused attitude. Highly recommend this hotel.

Our Model A Ford club visited Richmond, Indiana and stayed at the Holiday Inn. The sleeping rooms were modern and nice, and there were plenty of electrical outlets to charge our devices. The breakfast was excellent with many more choices than I expected. The hotel staff went out of their way to make the stay pleasant.

Rooms were clean, Beds were very comfortable. The showers has what my wife calls "very soft water" no matter how much you rinse it feel like the soap sticks to you. Breakfast was good. Toast/bagels. Yogurt/oatmeal/cereal. Eggs, skillet potatoes, sausage, bacon, and biscuits with gravy. The pancake machine was out of order.
There was no food/bar like in some of the photos, but they have a small section of snacks and drinks/adult beverages. Kids said the pool was on the colder side. No hot tub. Easy on/off from the expressway.

The adjoining rooms are perfect accommodations for our party. Both rooms were immaculately, clean, and well stocked with the needed amenities.

The morning breakfast was delicious and well presented and well stocked.
