I have worked with these people twice and of course I appreciate the assistance however this is the second time they have told me one thing and have done another. Why tell someone your going to help with the full bill then turn around and only pay half. Thank you for that now I have a six year old who doesn't have any electricity because you didn't hold up to your end. If I would of known only 100 was going to my account I could have figured out the rest of the payment but when you tell me your paying 230 I assumed that's what you would pay.

The woman I spoke with was quite rude and extremely condescending throughout our phone conversation. It is disheartening to seek assistance only to encounter such behavior. This experience has discouraged me from wanting to reach out for help again; I will consider other options instead.
