I used Huelskamp and Rivas for a contested divorce that went to trial. Aaron Pitt represented me. He chose the path of least resistance every time, missed deadlines and generally failed me with the case. He wasn't able to compel evidence from the other side nor did he correctly answer questions. He even had me sign an order that was different than what was done in court. We showed up and I paid for mediation without even having the other sides financials. He lost his temper and made excuses when the mediator questioned him. I agree with the reviews that say he has a nasty temper. Questions about the case were met with anger and arrogance. His opinions were often incorrect and condescending. His final act was to suggest I concede to the other party's terms to avoid his fees when it was obvious he wasn't prepared for trial. I was forced to leave with my children after 4 months and his inability to protect me and my kids from an abusive situation. He even made it worse by sending a letter about his temper to the other council!

I have never in my life see an attorney yell at his own client and get mad at his client in court. Aaron Pitman did and it was so funny but pathetic to realize he’s suppose to be an attorney.

I am the victim of domestic violence and I got a lovely letter from this office offering to represent my ABUSER!!! Do not send your advertising material offering your services to the victims of abuse!!!! How incompetent can you be?

The firm of Huelskamp & Rivas was very very professional help me trough my case they respond it to all my questions and really help me to fight the indiana courts ..i highly recommend this firm because they are ALWAYS!!! Available to respond and help you with anything you may need..thanks to oscar and the team at Huelskamp & Rivas PC was able to get back with my family and have a piece pf mind.DONT hesitate and find out for your self how good they really are.

They are the best! I had court and I contacted them. They instantly found my ticket and explain that they could go to court for me! 10/10 must try again! (not do anything bad again)

They seemed to be caring and capable. That is before I paid them off then went to court. Hint; DO NOT PAY THEM BEFORE YOU GO TO COURT!!!! She was the worst lawyer I've ever had. I lost a case the should have never even gotten to court. She didn't bring any of the evidence that I gave to her ie; photos and such. A first grader with a week of law school could have done a better job. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THEM FOR A PARKING TICKET. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST LAW FIRM I'VE EVER SEEN!! SAVE YOUR MONEY, REPRESENT YOURSELF!
