This process is not about getting what you want but standing for what is right. Jason Imler was dedicated and efficient and helped me get through this employment claim with a satisfactory resolution. The 5 stars were his respect, knowledge, kindness, and courage to wrestle with one of the biggest employers in the world when many others would not. Also this was uncharted territory with post pandemic policies. He understands the pros and cons of legal outcomes and helps you logically walk through a provoking situation with grace.

Jason was amazing throughout the process with my ADA discrimination arbitration suit against my now former employer! He took a chance on my case even when a few others wouldn’t - due to it being a “smaller” case, despite having a clear timeline of evidence. He was patient, very communicative as well as professional, and ultimately got me a positive outcome against a big fortune 500 company! I’d highly recommend Imler law (was initially referred to him since I had to proceed with arbitration) even if you live far from his office (I live 4 hours away). The case took quite a while to settle, but he stayed on top of it at every step - despite his busy caseload!

This is my 2nd review of Imler Law, I just wanted to say that attorney Jason Imler and his firm, as well as his partner attorney, Brian Gruber were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING and the best attorneys I've ever worked with! Prior to being referred to Imler Law, it was a long painstaking process trying to find the right attorney, one that was both proficient and professional, to represent me and my EEOC case, but I knew from my very first consultation with Jason that he was the one! Not only was he a GREAT communicator, but he was reliable, dependable, flexible, accommodating, knowledgeable, kind, courteous and professional; and most of all he knew his stuff! Mr imler is the best lawyer I've ever worked with in my whole life and that's saying a lot cuz I don't like lawyers..lol
