After 15 and 1/2 years of active-duty service, I separated from the Air Force in 2007 with an honorable discharge and a multitude of physical and mental health issues. I was able to get 100% permanent and total discharge from the military but fought for years to get SSA disability. The first two times I filed myself. The third time I filed with an attorney and was denied. I decided to attempt it one more time and was referred to Impact Disability Law. The process was incredibly easy. I was asked to provide information on how to access both my VA and civilian medical records and Julie and Kara basically took it from there. If I received any phone calls or letters from SSA, I was instructed to contact their office. They answered every single one of my questions, assisted with filling out forms over the phone (I hate filling out forms), and explained the entire process as we went along. I was initially denied and was going to just give up but Julie encouraged me to appeal and we moved forward with the appeal. Not too long after, I was approved! I’m so grateful for Impact Disability Law for helping me to finally achieve what I’ve been fighting for for years! I highly recommend this team of professionals if you’re seeking assistance with filing for SSA benefits.

I just got approved for my disability all because of the hard work of my lawyer and all the staff at Impact Disability and Atticus..I applied for my very first time in 2023 and spent a year waiting all to be denied.I didn't know what to do or where to turn so I asked for help from my father,who is a retired army veteran,so I knew he would know.He sent me a link for Atticus disability help and from there I got connected to Impact Disability law.Best decision of my life.I just got approved for my disability and can't thank them enough for helping me through this difficult process..
