Our experience has been awful and has continued to get worst over the last year. There has been little to no movement with our legal matters since February of 2024. It appears Mr. Indelicato either finds humor in being forgetful or he truly is. He has promised a lot and has delivered little. When asked about status on filings of hearings etc. (pending since May 2024) he either makes a joke and or does not follow through. Today was yet another let down when my family's life was put in danger, and we were awaiting a response to a safer arrangement from Mr. Indelicato. After receiving no response, we decided to go by the office and check in. He makes a "joke" "there is no drive thru service yet" and then proceeds to act like he has no idea why last night he agreed to attempt to make safer arrangements with our other party. Suggested he had other cases and had not done anything. Following up with the bar next in hopes of getting some true assistance.

BEWARE: Are you looking for an Attorney who doesn’t do their due diligence and does not have your best interest, scam you out of money, doesn’t do the job they’re retained to do, have you defend yourself and do your own leg work and discovery for him so he can make an easy buck, etc.? Then Mr. Joseph Indelicato, P.A. is the right Attorney for you! You can go wrong with Mr. Indelicato’s contradictory and inconsistent mind-set and lectures as he would surely dazzle you and prolong your time in court, padding his bill with hourly rates not worked, as he charged us approximate $13,000.00, while not completing nor taking care of the case in a timely manner. Mr. Indelicato would not bill you nor send you an invoice (puts you in default of paying charges you’re unaware of) as we had to get the invoice from a third-party when we tried to dispute his false excessive, inflated and unreasonable charges as he and his legal assistant would flip it on you and claim they’ll sue you for theft, etc., if you don’t pay. Also, Mr. Indelicato would use the excuse that his computer crashed (a.k.a. presses the delete button), with no back-up files of your case (i.e. documents, audio court CDs, e-mails, etc.) went missing. It seems like he rolled out of bed while in and out of the court of law and sides with the opposing party, that is If he shows up and lets you know he’s not attending scheduled court dates. Mr. Indelicato intimidates, manipulates and neglects his client(s), making you want to fire him after giving him a great deal of money. Mr. Indelicato’s motive may be that he has numerous horses (approximately 40) he tends to on his ranch and wants your money to maintain it. Witnessed Mr. Indelicato putting a kitten into a file cabinet draw and closing it with no air, as we made him take the kitten out or animal control would’ve been called. My son is an Honorably discharged disabled military veteran, and I find what Mr. Indelicato has done to both my son and I was extremely distasteful and disgraceful, criminal, etc. and misc.. Time for Mr. Joseph Indelicato and his legal assistant Kathleen Indelicato to retire from law. Otherwise, they would look great in orange.

Joe and Kathy have been such a blessing to us during this time. They’ve been understanding and walked us thru each step to achieve the best possible outcome that was received. Their prices were reasonable and it was well spent, they worked really hard on our case! We even went to their office late one night after work hours and since the kids were so good in their office, Kathy gave them coupons for horse back riding lessons!
