These lawyers suck and they will act funny towards you at the end of the case. Hayes Gibson Property Services made me and my two kids homeless and placed lies on us in court. Not to mention my money orders were not placed inside the computer and the company made up false rent amounts. I had a lot of evidence to show that the company who filed an eviction was lying about a lot of stuff and it's the Judge and my lawyer was NOT paying attention to anything that I was submitting. These lawyers do not work hard enough and will leave you confused at the end versus what they said in the beginning for as making sure they help you. That is why I will not pay these people not a penny not a nickel nor a dime!

Update 9/2024 - I'm increasing my review to 5 stars. It did take them about 7 months to contact me, which was frustrating. (I know they must have an insanely high case load and are running low on staff...so I do get that.) Ultimately they followed through and when I met with an attorney I was treated with the upmost kindness and respect. That meant everything to me. Truly, thank you so so much!

Update 8/2024 - I did hear back from them so I am deeply grateful for that. I'm increasing my stars based upon the fact that they did follow through. I will increase my stars further once paperwork is filed. I totally empathize with how inundated they must be - I just wish communication was better during the process.

They sent me a letter in January 2024 stating they would take my case. I turned in everything they asked of me. It's now July 2024, and I still haven't heard anything back despite 20+ calls to them. They have not returned a single phone call of mine in 6 months. Not one.

I'm happy to increase my stars if I ever hear back from them and they actually do what they said they would do.

A pleasure working with staff in filing the correct paperwork for my case. Everything was done in a very timely manner. The documents were excellently prepared. There were detailed instructions with the legal documents I was provided. The accuracy coupled with detailed instructions on where, how and when to turn in certain court documents was key in winning my case with the state of Indiana. I have requested services on 3 separate occasions and each time the end results were quite favorable. If you are in need of legal assistance I highly recommend ILS. They offer services for nearly everything. They can assist with U-visas, divorce, LGBTQ+ matters, corrections to minor children records and much more.

Don't put your hope or trust in this organization. After falling victim to a housing scam and losing my savings, I requested help from ILSI. They responded quickly and gave me details for a paralegal who would be my point of contact. I spent all my available time preparing and sending evidence. I spoke to an attorney once after all that. When nothing he said would happen did happen, I tried to get in contact with attorney, my emails were returned. When I contacted the paralegal, she said she would get me in contact with a new attorney. When that didn't happen, I reached out to her again and found out her email address no longer existed. Now the statute of limitations on the case is almost expired and the case isn't viable. I will never get my money back and ILSI insured that. I wouldn't be surprised if they accept clients to get grant money and then leave them hanging regularly. I have never met a person with anything positive to say, so I am skeptical of their reviews.

I called the operator to ask some questions and the lady was short and pretty rude with me when I’m trying to find out information to help our family get our child back from her mother who has a history of violence and was deemed by the courts previously to be an unfit parent. Then we have to wait two weeks for a response when we have no idea what can happen in that timeframe. There was no understanding on this individuals part at all

The lady I spoke with was very pleasant ..informative and overall helpful unlike some experiences I've e had before . I have had many issues with discrepancies pertaining to my divorce case and also misuse and claims of mine and my daughter's info also attached yo said case as well. It has been nothing less than stressful. Appreciate her time and effort to assist with basic info needed .
