Each person in each department has their specific issues they work with and they are extremely knowledgeable in what they do. Issues have arisen where it has taken months to resolve but they always have a work-around until it is fixed. Issues are researched, software companies are called and fixes are implemented. They are available 24/7 --- and I have used them "off hours" many times with excellent service & resolution.
You CANNOT find a better IT company to work with who actually works with you! And I cannot say enough about the men and women who work there: professional, kind, caring, fun and in all the 100's of hours in my dealing with them never a "bad" word spoken! Love the Integrity team! Kudos to them, their work ethic, personalities and ever-expanding knowledge of the products they serve!!!

Starting a solo practice from scratch is a challenge and Integrity Systems and Solutions made everything flawless. John Northway called me back during his vacation in August of 2019 to discuss our goals. John and his team designed and executed the project with everything I asked for. After three full years I have been thrilled with the service. Nearly everything can be fixed remotely with the submission of a ticket through an icon on the desktop. We have regular meetings to discuss any proposed changes. I work hard at the small details and this company resonates with me because they do as well. Highly recommend!

I have been using Integrity Systems for over 10 years and they are excellent! I had to relocate to a temporary office and they set up the whole office with computers and it was seemless. When our new dental office was finally finished some of the team members stayed in hotels overnight to finish the set up and to make sure our grand opening went well. I highly recommend the whole team.

After using this team for 5 years (the previous owner of my business had used them and I chose o continue with them), they have decided to "change formats" and my monthly backup and email service will increase from $76 a month to $450 a month! That's a multiple of six. Then there are ransom charges to get your information from them, like charging to get a copy of your backup ($750). I should have seen it coming. At the end of 2019 they tried to talk me into replacing all of my computers for $12K. Two years later (with a brief period of unemployment in between due to Covid) all the computers are working fine; there has not been a need to replace. Maybe they should chose a company name other than "Integrity."
