Thee absolute worst method of guarding. The call time to the time the gate gets your request is roughly 2 hours. So sometime when I get there it's atleast a 2 trips thru before I get clearance. I have refused to service in some communities because of the nonsense with the gate. This one is melting the thin ice.

Guard came out of cage to yell at me that I couldn't park where I was. It was security parking only. There was no sign and I was waiting to hand off an envelope to someone since I knew they would not let me in. Give me a break.
