I do not suggest them for any Trust work. They said they would like to handle our case. But after a week of leaving messages to call me & my brother they never returned a call. The best business practices would have been to call and say after discussing this with my partner. It is just not something we are willing to take on at this time. But no, they just leave you hanging. Do not recommend them at all.

I’m disappointed with Mr. Jackson’s performance and apparent lack of concern for his commitments throughout our experience with him. After exercising patience, I inquired about this, and ultimately received an unapologetic, sharp and dismissing rebuke. I can not recommend this kind of service to others

Based on the response below, I must point out that Mr, Jackson decided to communicate with me. If he was not supposed to communicate with a “non-client” then he was mistaken in doing so. I am very disappointed with the way I was treated with this company...I reached out to Mr. Jackson with assistance in helping to sell my father's home as he passed away two years ago...I do not reside in Alabama and Mr. Jackson said he would assist me. I emailed a copy of my father's death certificate as he requested and never heard anything back. I placed numerous calls and sent email correspondence and still no reply. The least you could have done was respond.

This firm is the best I’ve done business with in my 35 year real estate career. There are a lot of good firms in the River Region, but Bailey Jackson and Mark Scott are two of the best in the business, and they surround themselves with the best staff in the business.

Jackson and Scott, LLC misspelled my wife's name on our closing documents for a home purchase. When we requested corrected documents, they charged us an additional $75.00 in fees for their mistake. We had a much better experience with Martin Closing Services, LLC.
