I strongly advise against contacting this law firm, especially Jacob. He treats his clients disrespectfully, referring to them as “annoying people.” He often ignores questions, provides no clear details about cases, and may even fail to inform you about important court dates, claiming they have already passed. Communication with him is extremely difficult - he does not respond to emails, phone calls, or messages. Despite this, he demands a large sum for his services. Based on my experience, his work deserves a 1/10 rating.

Terrible lawyer with bad associates… THEY JUST DROPPED ME FROM A CASE without a CALL OR NOTHING FROM THE OFFICE . I WAS ONLY NOTIFIED BC THE COURT SERVED ME PAPERS THAT JACOB HAD REQUESTED TO” BE REMOVED AS COUNCIL”.

Now The OTHER PARTY is SUING ME to pay for their attorneys time ..

case with multiple tenants involved in the lawsuit- I didn’t submit photos on the very first request (life happens) and after didn’t get any follow up from them so I figured I had more time . NOPE!

After judge approved them to be removed as council I was now having to represent myself in court or file a request to the court directly to be removed off the case completely- SOMETHING I had to INVESTIGATE and FIND OUT MYSELF.

Jacob’s office could have had some common decency in at least informing the client directly they are being dropped from a case and what that means in court since I’m- and the others his office has done this too- are obviously not attorneys! ……
