I would definitely not recommend him. He overtalks you when you tried to tell him what your situation's about and honestly all the attorneys I've dealt with. He is very lazy at doing the job so if you want to lose your case, hire him!

He didnt fight for this case! Cuasing my sister to loose custody and allegedly said maybe becuase the judge was catholic! My sister fell on hard times after my mom passed but she has been an amazing mother the last 2 years she works 2 jobs has a family vehical and has been present and sober! My nephews father abandoned his son and now his mom got upset becuase he was attending a Christian school as this is our beliefs! She threw tantrum becuase he wasn't going to a catholic school and threw up grandparents rights! The only thing this attorney said to fight for my sister was pulled up a law in court saying she has everything she needs 🙄 and then took off for vacation not even informing her she lost guardianship! She had to find out showing up to the school and not being allowed to pick up her child! 100% would steer clear of this man. We are going threw a more professional and experienced attorney now to appeal the courts!

I mean yeah his prices are cheap. But he's very rude and acts like he doesn't have time to answer any questions you might have. Like he just took my paperwork then shoved me out the door.

I have used him several times and he gets the job done! He is very reasonable with prices, He will call you right back and will always call to check in with you! And if you have any questions he will answer them over the phone. Very polite and respectful! I definitely recommend him!

If I could give him zero stars I would. Every time I spoke to him on the phone he would cut me off. Also we are 15 weeks away from us adopting a baby and he back out on us for no reason. He sent me an email saying “Find another attorney”. No explanation or anything. I would not recommend using him

I called Mr.Funke and before I could even get a full sentence out, he was cutting me off and talking down to me. He was very rude. I tried to turn the conversation around several times and he just kept being disrespectful. For a person who is SUPPOSED to be in a helping profession, he was a complete jerk. I left the conversation worried about whether he could be a non bias and fair attorney. I WOULD NOT recommend this man to anyone. After this incident, I reached out to several people that I know who have used him and they all said the same thing. Im honestly surprised he still has his license or gets any business. Also, many individuals felt like if you have him appointed to you, he definitely won’t do anything for you or have your best interest in mind. Left me questioning why the courts keep appointing this man… do they not see how poor of a representative his is? This is not the way the legal system should work.

Do not trust this man. He got my bail money 2000 he made one court appearance, I hired another attorney and he wouldn't give me back any of the money. He has to know in his heart he didn't earn the money.

I called to get some information about getting our son emancipated due to several reoccurring incidents that we can no longer deal with. I just wanted info. He was very rude, harsh and down right mean I would say. For someone who doesn't know the situation he judged us harshly. Argumentative at best almost became a yelling match because I felt attacked.
