James R Byron is listed as a registered Notary Public in Elkhart. But after calling and confirming with the secretary James Byron would Notarize my very important legal documents. But when I arrived i was informed James Byron only notarizes stuff for clients of the Law firm Grodink and Thorne. I offered to pay for utilizing his services but was quickly reminded I am not worthy enough to see him. Only clients. I am so oftenly reminded of the selfishness and greed of others.
