I hired Mr. Rubaii to represent me in my bankruptcy case. Worse mistake I ever made. He was ineffective, rude and extremely difficult to get a hold of. I finally had to call the state board just to get him to return my phone calls. He took my money, filed my paperwork wrong costing me even more money. Ultimately I had to fire him and start over. I would give him 0 stars if I could.

I hired Mr. Rubaii to negotiate a contract dispute with my company (Tech Assist) and a publicly traded company. Not only did he not get any results for us but I had to close my business after 17 years due to his inability to effectively negotiate anything and his lack of attention to this matter. He is only out for the money for him.
