Ms. Weltzin committed fraud when she lied about having trust property and induced me into giving her client $15K and then she claimed she never had the documents or agreed to be trustee. That was also a complete lie - evidenced in emails and texts. She represents a lot of licensed marijuana businesses. In my opinion, she is not trust worthy nor the best attorney. I do have my law degree and am generally knowledgeable on the law and what makes a good attorney, she is not one of them in my opinion. But even if she was - a fraud attorney is never worth it.
