Was referred to him to get expungement because he's done it for others and it says on this website he does and they scheduled an appointment for a consultation and then called me up and canceled and says he doesn't do it anymore... Pretty bad

I highly recommend Mr. Kimmell to anyone needing an attorney. He is fair, reasonably priced, and accomplished the task at hand. My husband had an extensive driving record and was suspended indefinitely in a few counties. Mr. Kimmell was able to help us reconcile everything so he was able to finally obtain his driving privileges. He was very patient and worked with us through the entire process. If we ever need an attorney again he is our guy!!!
